According to the Village of Estero, permanent and seasonal residents are expected to increase by 44% over the next 25 years. Moreover, 80% of those residents will live in private communities.
There’s no one-size-fits-all gated community. Some come with bundled golf; some come with luxe restaurants on-site. Others are much more low-key.
It’s important to do your research. Finding the “right” community is sorta like finding the right spouse. It’s possible to fall in love at first sight, but it’s also a good idea to be a little picky.
